excellent locationconvenient metrofresh towels
the location was excellent. i could easily walk to the metro and train station (i think it was around 5 minutes). there was also a 7-eleven nearby, very useful for quick needs. fresh towels was daily, which i really appreciated.
the room was quite small, and luggage space was limited.

The washing machine was easy to use and quick. The staff member who welcomed me was very nice (i really appreciated it).
The rooms had bare concrete floors. I accidentally dropped a black hoodie on the floor and when i picked it up it was coated in grime. It is also bare concrete in the hallways, so anyone leaving and entering their room can be heard from your room. The curtain was sheer and a bit mouldy. The bathroom also had some mould around the tub and sink. The bed was TINY, its honestly criminal that they call it a 2 person bed. if you have the pleasure of being in a room facing the street on a friday and saturday night like we did, you can experience the joy of being woken up by drunken yelling outside your room multiple times throughout the night.

the staff were friendly and helpful. they always seemed available, addressing every request promptly. i appreciated that they held onto my luggage after checkout until i returned later that day. the value i received for the price i paid was amazing.
the curtain didn't cover the entire window, which allowed light to enter the room early.

I appreciated the central location. It was a short walk to the bus and train station. the hotel's proximity to the main crossing was convenient. the rooms included well-equipped facilities, and i found the beds comfortable. the staff stored our luggage without charge!
